Please kindly be informed that we are able to provide warranty replacement in Korea for the drive you already returned in US. As per advised previously, Seagate warranty service is not international warranty service so that we need your US address to be able to ship out the replacement unit within US. Otherwise please kindly confirm if you would like to collect back the drive without replacing so that we can hold the replacement.
