We have already been in contact with the customer they will not receive a refund for the damaged TV until FedEx picks up the TV and returns it to us. We have FedEx scheduled to pick up the TV on Tuesday. They need to make sure FedEx gets the item. We have FedEx go out to their location multiply times to get the item and they are never there.
