Freedom of expression is part and parcel of democracy. right? (i'm thinking, really important. how about S.Korea?)

and also, some dictator - free expression of the people was squashed by a dictator.

of course freedom of expression cannot be absolute.

Nevertheless, we or everyone should be able to practice freedom of speech. (from the power.)
