Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be processed by our 

Returns Department. Once that package is processed by this department 

they will send you a confirmation email. Also, please note that in order

to receive an exchange order you would have needed to specify that on 

the invoice when sending the item back otherwise our returns department 

will automatically issue a refund back to the original payment method.
