EXCLUSIVEWARRANTY : Seller warrants shall be free from defects in material orworkmanship for a period of one(1)year from the date shipment.

THIS WARRANTY ISEXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR APARTICULAR PURPOSE OR INFRINGEMENT.

The buyer shallpromptly notify Seller in writing of any alleged defect. Warranty claims mustbe made by the Buyer who originally purchased the product from Seller. Thiswarranty is not transferrable to a third party.

The Seller’sobligation under this warranty is limited to circumstances where the product hasbeen used under normal conditions for which it was designed and has beeninstalled, operated and maintained in accordance with the product specificationand handling instructions.

This warranty does not cover defects whichwere the result of misuse, improper installation or repair, alterations ormodifications by the Buyer or any third party, any natural disaster or anyloss, damage, defect, claim or non-performance resulting from or attributableto the Buyer’s use of the product outside the range of the Seller’sspecifications.

독점적인 보증 : 판매자는 판매자에 의해 판매되었던 새로운 혹은 사용하지 않는 제품에 대해 보증한다. 판매자는 재료 및 시공 상의 결함이 없음을 출하일로부터 1년 동안 보증한다.

본 보증서에 기재된 내용이 소비자가 주장할 수 있는 유일한 수단이며, 여기에서 분명하게 명시된 특정한 목적에 적합하거나 암시적인 상업화 보증을 포함하여 문서로 명시된 다른 보증이나 구두로 언급된 다른 보증, 또는 암시적으로 시사된 다른 보증이나 명시적으로 밝혀진 다른 보증을 모두 대신하지만 여기에서 분명하게 명시된 특정한 목적에 접합하거나 암시적인 상업화 보증에만 한정되는 것은 아닙니다.

구매자는 판매자에게 지체 없이 결함을 서면으로 알려야 한다. 보증클레임은 판매자로부터 직접적으로 구매를 한 구매자만 할 수 있다. 이 보증은 제 3자에게 양도 할 수 없다.

이 보증에 있어서의 판매자의 의무는 제품의 운영 및 제품 사양 및 취급 지침에 따라 유지되는 제품이 정상적인 조건 하에서 운영되어졌을 때로 제한 한다.

이 보증은 제품의 오용, 부적절한 설치 또는 수리, 구매자 또는 제 3 자에 의한 수정 또는 개조, 어떤 자연 재해 또는 손실, 손상, 결함, 클레임 또는 판매자의 사양의 범위를 벗어난 제품의 구매자의 사용으로 기인하여 제품이 작동하지 않는 사항 등에 대한 결함은 부보하지 않습니다.
