This music always brings back memories of those brief stories of war my grandfather used to tell mother when she was just a little girl.

He never liked to speak to the family about it and only God knows what horrors he came through during those 4 years.

It was june-august 1944 - operation "Bagration", Red Army's main push through the swamps to liberate Belarus.
My grandfather was there too alongside thousands of others 1st Belorussian Front.
There he was badly injured - a shell piece sliced......his jaw.

Mother told me he always wondered how a passing by sergeant somehow pulled him out of a pile of dead or dying soldiers. I am raised to pespect that immense Sacrifice all the countries paid in blood to win this effort.

War is hell but it also showed us all acts of unbelievable heroism.
No matter were those soldiers german or soviet, italian or french, spanish or british, polish or irish and many, many others. 

We must never forget their deeds.
And this main idea and spirit are brought to the surface by the creators of the game. For that - i bow before them.
