이번 블프때 디즈니 스토어에서 물품을 구매했는데 

파손이 엄청 많이 되서 와서요 디즈니에 문의 메일을 영어로 몇번 주고 받았는데

매번 번역기를 사용하다 보니 정확하게 전달이 안되는거 같아서 불안한데요

저기서  464598249133 이 상품은 품절이라서 기프트카드로 준다는거 같고
 464598249058 이건 다시 보내준다는거 같은데
제가 궁금한건
위에 기프트 카드를 어떻게 주는지와
밑에 상품을 다시 보내주는게 제가 받은 파손된 물품을 반송하면 보내준다는건지
아님 추가로 발송해준다는건지 궁금합니다
