Answer
 I usually get up at 7:00 a.m. with an alarm. It is very important that what time I go to bed. I should sleep at least seven hours. Otherwise it is very hard to get up early in the morning. 
 Then I always listen to music while I take a shower. Finally I get dressed.
 After that, I turn on the news and get updates while I‘m eating a breakfast. By the time I finish eating a breakfast, It's around 8:30 a.m. 
 Then I leave my house and go to school on foot.
