임상병리사의 위상은 높아졌지만, 대우는 일부 큰 규모에서 근무하고 있는 사람에게만 높아지고 있다. 상대적으로 규모가 작은 곳에서 근무하는 사람들은 높아진 위상을 실감하기 힘들다. 임상병리사의 현재 노동 실태 현황에 대하여 조사하여 그 원인을 분석해 보았다. 현재 각종 법률지식의 부족으로 이익을 볼 수 없는 것이 특징으로, 노무관련 교육을 받지 못한 것이 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구는 설문조사라는 제한적인 방법을 통하여 사용하여 모든 영향을 분석하기에 부족함이 있었다. 이 연구를 바탕으로 임상병리사의 처우 개선의 기초 자료가 되었으면 한다.

Clinical pathologist was improved position, but to those who only worked in some large hospitals and companies. Peoples working in a small scale hospitals and companies weren’t felt relatively higher position. For this study was investigated the current of the labor situation of clinical pathologist. Result of that Lack of knowledge in law could not benefit. The lack of labor-related education was considered a significant impact. This study was limited analysis to lack of any effect by using the method of the survey. Based on this study, we hope to improve the basis for the treatment of clinical pathologist.

(It is hard for the people who work for relatively small-scale hospitals to realize the improved status of the clinical pathologists.)
(We investigated and analyzed the causes of this problem based on their current working backgrounds.)
(Lacking in knowledge of labor laws could be a main reason why they gain little advantage and we regard this problem was caused as they are not fully educated in labor management. )
(This study has some limits for analyzing every causal relationships because it was carried out under the limited survey situations.)
(However, we hope it to be helpful as a basic information for improving the treatment of every single clinical pathologist. )
