it wasn't intentional 

Stop the sale and refund

I just reference of your design

I'm sorry to mindlessly use your image

If this is the correct email, I've asked for a email from your business confirming the cease of activity and the removal of the website that I can show to Fair Trade Australia as proof of desist. 

Here is a part of what I sent through etsy:

 Please email me at [email protected] with a picture of the product you intended to sell such and a statement confirming that you have ceased production of these pillows. As soon as I receive the email I can contact Fair Trade Australia and have the form cancelled.
