캐릭 만료덕분에 네이버 레잘프 카페는 가입 못하고 있는 상태고(다시 생각할 생각하니 어휴...그래도 다시는 해볼 생각입니다. 다만 액트5의 레잘프 요건이 그런건 아니지만, 바바리안이란 클래스와 연관이 있지는 않을까 생각중이에요) 구글에서 레잘프를 검색한 글입니다.
The Reziarfg is one of the most enduring and famous April Fool jokes centering around the Diablo II Universe.
레잘프는 디아블로2 세계에서도 가장 유명하면서도 영속적인 만우절 농담 중 하나입니다.(디아블로2 설정이 워낙 방대하고 미심쩍은 부분도 많아서 이런 조크가 많았던 걸로 기억합니다)
It is a fictional monster created by Battle.net Staffers at the Arreat Summit. Its stats are still present there as a grim reminder to all those Hardcore characters who lost their lives to find it.
레잘프는 아리앗 서밋의 배틀넷 스탭에 의해 제작된 허구의 몬스터입니다. 그것의 능력치는 여전히 레잘프를 찾으려다가 목숨을 잃은(캐삭된) 하드코어 캐릭터들에게는 불쾌한 기억으로 남아있습니다.
The Reziarfg was created by Blizzards Battle.net staff as part of an un-official joke for April Fool's Day, 2003. Its name was derived from one of the staff regulars on Battle.net, G. Fraizer. Because it was put up on the Arreat Summit with only its stats and some official sounding lore reproduced above, many gamers derived their own theories to find the enigma that was Reziarfg in their realms.
레잘프는 2003년 만우절에 블리자드 배틀넷의 스태프에 의해 비공식적으로 창안된 농담입니다. 레잘프의 이름은 배틀넷을 정기적으로 관리하는 스태프중 한명인 G. Fraizer에 의해 만들어졌어요. 아리앗 서밋 사이트에 레잘프의 스탯과 몇가지 공식적인 전승된 이야기만 게시되었던 덕분에, 많은 사람들이 디아블로2 세계에 레잘프가 존재한다는 수수께끼를 찾기위한 추론을 펼치곤 했지요.
Some speculated that the mysterious beast was part of a future major patch as an Uber Monster for the realms. So, when the game overhaul of 1.10 was released, there was a flurry of excitement when their speculation was found half-true. There were new Battle.net only quests but no Reziarfg. So some more unscrupulous gamers thought of more ways to find the elusive beast.
몇몇 사람들이 생각하기를 레잘프와 같은 의문의 몬스터들이 차후의 패치에서 속속들이 등장했기때문에(우버디아 라던가...)레잘프 역시 그렇게 등장했을거라고 생각합니다. 그래서 1.10버전이 등장했을때 그들이 레잘프에 대해 펼쳤던 추론이 반정도는 사실이라는걸 알고는 많은 사람들이 흥분의 도가니에 빠졌었습니다. 하지만 새로운 배틀넷전용 퀘스트들이 생겼음에도 레잘프에 관련된 퀘스트는 아직 없어요.(발견 못했거나) 그래서 많은 무모한-못된 게이머들이 그 파악되지 않은 몬스터를 찾기위해 많은 방법을 생각중에 있어요.(혹은 꾸며내요)

뭐 바알을 특정횟수 잡고 쉥크 더 오버시어를 특정횟수 잡고 피트 오브 아케론 같은 프리지드 하이랜드 내의 스페셜 존에 들어가서 사악한 단지를 열어라, 바바용병으로 쉥크와 바알을 잡아라 등등...
However, a creature named Reziarfg appears in the Eastern Sun mod. It is the boss of a small but very hard sublevel beneath the uber levels Naraku level 1 and 2, called the GFraizer dome (Reziarfg read from behind). Reziarfg appears left of the little river in the level and is apparently based on the apparition of Duriel as it looks quite similar in form and behaviour and also asks the player: "Looking for Baal?". Different from Duriel, Reziarfg doesn't use the (Un-)Holy Freeze Aura, but the newly introduced Acid rain spell available to the Druid. Reziarfg is a very tough opponent to get to as well as to defeat.
하지만 'Eastern Sun'모드에서는 레잘프가 등장합니다. GFraizer dome라고 불리는 우버레벨의 나락 레벨 1 과 2에서 등장하며 작지만 몹시 어려운 몬스터로 등장합니다. 레잘프는 해당레벨의 작은 강의 왼편(?)에서 등장하며 듀리엘을 기반으로 만들어져 생긴거나 하는짓은 듀리엘과 비슷하고 플레이어에게 '바알을 찾고있나?'라고 묻기도 한답니다. 듀리엘과는 다르게 홀리프리즈 오라를 사용하지는 않습니다만 최근에 새로도입되어 드루이드가 사용가능한 산성비라는 스펠을 사용합니다. 레잘프는 잡거나 패배시키기엔 몹시 강한 몬스터에요.
