After receiving latest Norton updates IE stopped working. IE displays messahe box "Internet Explorer has stopped working."

Installed latest Windows 7 updates, Norton Live Update, and reset IE setting back to default. No help. Contacted Norton Support:
"Okay, thank you for reporting this. Our engineering team has already identified the issue and they're already investigating on this. It will be fixed soon. Please try again within 24 hours. In the meantime, you can also use another browser."
Just a heads up in case anyone else is getting this.

오늘자 1시간전 백신 업데이트 한후 "IPSEng32.dll" 모듈과 IE를 실행시키면 바로 충돌을 일으킵니다.
저처럼 노턴 백신 사용자 분들께서는 24시간 이내에 해결된다고 하니
다른 브라우저를 사용하라고 시만텍에서 답변 올라왔습니다.
