This has been confirmed via email, as you can see in the screenshots below. The game will be included in the new NVIDIA bundle if you buy one of the following cards (at select retailers) from January 7th, 2016 to February 23, 2016: GTX 970, GTX 980, GTX 980Ti and laptops with GTX 970M or above.
