계약서내용인데요 예전에한번부탁드렸었는데 새로운계약서내용인데 이해가안되는부분이 딱 이 2부분입니다. 해석하실수있으신분은 해석부탁드립니다.

2번째는 그냥 건물주가 세일즈레코드를원하면 10일안에 주라는말같긴한데 혹시다른뜻이있는지해서올린거구요 첫번째문장은 해석자체가안되네요 ㅠㅠ


Base rent. Commencing march 1, 2012 and continuing through the extension term, tenant’s base rent shall be abated in accordance with this paragraph 2. notwithstanding the foregoing, tenant acknowledges that the reduction in the base rent as set forth in this paragraph 2 is based on the vacancy of the building as of the date of this amendment.

Tenant sales records. Tenant shall, within ten days of landlord’s request, rovide landlord with copies of tenant’s ledgers and records showing all sales made at the premises covering the time period requested by landlord
