My account have already got the first ban and 
I have never got the answer of the complaint of the first ban. 
However, I am in the second ban. 
I complain about the ban because I haven't used any hack tool.

If you are banned from GTA Online, your ban expiration date is shown in the lower-left corner after being returned to Story Mode following an attempt to play online.
