The scan "Manifest Accepted" refers to the physical lodgement of the article into the postal network. 

As per procedure, the item will then leave this location for sortation and be forwarded to the relevant delivery centre for the receiving suburb. 

No tracking is available whilst the item is in transit and the next point of scanning will be when the item arrives at the delivery centre for delivery the same day.
