Pardon my ignorance, but what's the most affordable way..

well, to put it bluntly, the cheapest way to send money to Korea?

Do they accept money orders?

Or should I send it via Travelers check?

I would like to send some money to this person,

who's such a wonderful Samaritan saving poor stray dogs in Korea,

but I want it to be a surprise.

I'd appreciate any helpful suggestions regarding this matter.
