Guild Log：Sharable within the whole guild no matter it's public or private.Officer or Leader could manage them and uploader can manage which they uploaded.Please pay attention: only public guild log could be listed on ladder but not private log.
Personal Log：just for personal analytics, such as dummy testing, pug raid, etc.Personal log would be only private log and can not set to public, so it would be never be listed on ladder.
