안녕하세요, 영어 공부를 하고있는데 몇가지 막히는 부분이 있어서 질문 드립니다.

 

1. You may delay starting your studying because you don't like an assignment or think it is too hard. A delay in studying is called "procrastination." If you procrastinate for any reason, you will find it difficult to get everything done when you need to. You may rush to

make up the time you wasted getting started, resulting in careless work and errors.

에서 마지막 문장 You may rush to make up the time you wasted getting started, resulting in careless work and errors.

 

getting started의 해석은 어떻게 해야되나요? 현재분사로 쓰인거 같은데 어떠한 용법이 있는건가요? 

그리고 시작하느라 낭비한 시간인지, 시작하기 위해 낭비한 시간을 보충하려고 서두르다란 의미인지 정확하게 이해가 안되네요,.

 

2. The survey found that in 2006 women with graduate or professional degrees recorded the most births of all educational levels.

마지막 of all educational levels가 무슨 의미인지 모르겠습니다. 대학졸업하거나 전문학위가 있는 여성들의 가장 출산률이 높았다는데,

of all educational levels는 모든 여성의 교육적 수준을 봤을때 대학졸업하거나 전문학위가 있는 여성들이 가장출산률이 높다는,

교육수준에 따른 출산률을 비교하기 위해 나온 말인가요?

 

3. A bigger share of women in the Southeast and Southwest who gave birth in the year prior to the survey did so in poverty.

이게 가장 어려웠습니다.  share이 무슨 의미인지 모르겠고,  did so in poverty도 전혀 모르겠습니다. in poverty가 빈곤하게 라는 부사의 역할을 하는건지, 아니면 빈곤층 중에서 라는 의미인지..   did도 어떤 동사를 대신한건지, 아니면 그냥 do 자체로 쓰인건지 이해가 안됩니다..

 

4.  Nearly one in five American women in her early 40s is childless, according to a report that shows a striking increase in women who don't have biological children.  중간에 report 뒤의 that 이하가 어디와 연결되는지 모르겠습니다. report는 아닌 것 같고, 앞의 40대초반의 여성 5명중 1명은 아이거 없다 라는 문장 뒤에 붙는건가요??

2,4번은 질문하기 전까지만 해도 잘 몰랐는데 이렇게 글을 쓰면서 곰곰히 생각해보니 이해가 되는 것 같은데, 3번은 도무지 모르겠습니다.

3번은 앞으로 3개월정도 더 공부해도 이해가 안될 것 같다는 생각이 들 정도로 어렵습니다..
