이게 무슨뜻인지 아시나요?

few guys I study with are Chinese and I am pretty sure they are speaking mandarin. I keep hearing something like

'Nigguh' or 'nigga' when they talk. Seems to be some kinda affirmation or something. what does Nigguh mean in chinese ?
