Odds are high some other champs will end up being worked on too, and that some champs above will end up being taken off the list as work on the patch continues. The above are some of the key things we're looking into though.

스카너는 이미 적용되어 있는 긴급 패치 말고도 5.17에 추가 너프가 있습니다. 따라서 이들 변경 이후 스카너가 어떤 위치에 도착할지 저희가 알아내기 전까지는 주시 목록에 있게 될 것입니다.

어떻게 가렌이 '너프될 가능성 높음' 목록에 없는 거죠? 가렌은 지금 55% 승률에 더불어 15%의 픽률을 가지고 있는데요. 대부분 사람들이 가렌을 상대하기 아주 불쾌하다는 데 동의할 거라고 확신합니다.

I'm not sure why Skarner is on the watch instead of very likely. I think his spires could have a smaller radius, and maybe a longer duration? Maybe.

There are nerfs to Skarner in 5.17, in addition to the hotfix nerfs that have already gone out. He's on watch as a result until we get an idea of where he lands up after those changes.

How come Garen is not in the 'Likey to get nerfed' list? He has been sitting at 55% win-rate currently with 15% pick-rate. I am pretty sure most of us agree he is too obnoxious to deal with.

As we nerf duo lane Morde we will be looking to put some power back into solo Morde. I doubt he'll get back to a 50% win rate though.

지크는 어떻죠? 플래티넘 이상에서 60% 이상의 승률을 보이는데요. 아이템에게 정말 높은 수치 아닌가요?

제가 알기로는 현재 지크에 대해서 어떤 계획도 가지고 있지 않습니다. 첫 번째 혹은 두 번째로 올리는 게 아닌 아이템이 60% 정도의 승률을 보이는 것은 특이한 일이 아닌데, 이기는 팀과 지는 팀에서 템이 똑같이 올라가지 않기 때문입니다. 이미 이기고 있는 쪽의 서포터가 보다 잦은 빈도로 지크를 먼저 올리게 되고, 따라서 승률이 50% 이상이 되리라고 기대할 수 있습니다. 비슷한 종류의 일이 다른 비싸면서도, 초반에 빠르게 올리지 않는 아이템들에게도 일어납니다 (AP의 죽음모자, ADC의 최후의 속삭임 등등).

What about Zeke's? It's like 60% win rate in Plat+. Isn't that really high for an item?

As far as I know we don't have any plans for Zeke's at the moment. Win rates around 60% aren't unusual for items that aren't the first or second item a champion buys, since they're not found equally on winning and losing teams. Supports that are already winning are more often the ones that actually get to build a Zeke's in the first place, so you'd expect it's win rate to be well above 50%. Same sort of thing happens with various other large cost, non rushed items (Deathcap for AP, Last Whisper for ADCs etc).

룰루는 서포터가 되지 않을 거고, 그렇게 되길 원하지도 않아요. 룰루를 서포터로 강요하는 건 솔로 라인 룰루를 좋아하는 많은 사람들을 화나게 만들 겁니다 - 그리고 제 생각엔 오리아나, 질리언, 룰루 (탑 카르마) 가 지금 아주 좋은 유틸리티 마법사라고 생각합니다 - 질리언은 질리언 플레이어들에게 좋게 느껴질 수 있는 새로운 패시브가 필요할 거 같지만요.

저희는 룰루를 솔로 라인에서 몰아내고자 하는 것이 아닙니다. 다만 저희는 룰루가 솔로 라인에서 지나치게 강력한 것이 아닌가 생각하고 있습니다. 특히 잘 조직된 플레이에서 말이죠. 또한, 그 강점에도 불구하고, 서포터는 많은 사람들이 룰루를 플레이할 때 선책하는 포지션이기도 합니다. 저희는 룰루가 서포터로서 전체적으로 재미있고 바람직하고 느끼기에, 보다 조금 더 나은 상태가 되도록 하려고 합니다.

Lulu will never be a support, nor do I want her to be one, you will upset too many people forcing her into support when they like solo lane Lulu- and i think orianna, zilean, lulu (top Karma), are really good utility mages right now--- zilean needs a new passive one that feels good for the zilean player preferably

We're not trying to remove Lulu from solo lanes, we do think she can be too strong there though, particularly in organized play. Additionally, despite that strength, support's still a position a lot of player's do choose to play Lulu in. We feel Lulu's overall both fun and healthy as a support, so would like to try and put her in a slightly better spot power wise there as a result.
