Who wants to be a millionaire is a television quiz show since september 1998.

 

This show was a hit around the world. because there are big prizes.

 

Charles Ingram became one of the lucky people who won the big prize.

 

But he was cheater.

 

During the show which ingram won, viewers heard coughing.

 

It was his friend Tecwen Whittock coughing.

 

Ingram never admitted cheating.

 

But charles, and his friend were all found guilty of cheating and ordered to return the prize money and to pay fines and legal fees.
