That depends on Giggs. If Giggs hits a bad patch of form, then Park and Ronaldo could play in a 4-4-2, but again, unless the personnel in central midfield changes quite drastically, only against the more mediocre teams. I quite like the craft and experience that Giggs gives the team. I imagine that Park watches Giggs to learn how to come inside and have more of an impact on the game.

Fulham's goals were Ferdinand's mistakes, United could have won by 4 or 5, Park was amazing..... Not at all biased are you??!?!
The truth is you offered NOTHING until the penalty. Park is amazing. An amazing diving little git which I'm sure are going to love him for but is a disservice to football as he is talented....erm little git. The diving is less to do with the penalty but more to the three fouls awarded to him just before the penalty which were blatant dives, this resulted in our defenders less keen to tackle him for the ensuring penalty run. As for the three players being offside for the winning goal......
Rooney, Giggs and Van N were a joy to watch. Silvestre did well, but your central midfield is pants. I like Smith, but is not a central midfielder.
Anyway, good luck in overtaking Chavski this season, you're gonna need it, as well as a proper central midfielder.

suddenly he's our best winger and our best midfielders.
I've rated Park since we signed him, but people there's a difference between applauding performances and exaggerating how good he is.
This type talk that ends in people accussing Park of being rubbish in a few months when he has a slump in a few months.Remember Ronaldo's first game? By the end of the season and during last season people were saying Ronaldo should be sent out on loan.

We can also bring in Ronaldo and/or Richardson to play on the wings. The great thing about both Park and Ronaldo is that they play on either wing.

ManU won the game at Fulham with good team display. May u all are complaining about the missing chance and I think they are due to the players thought nothing but themselves. Park changed that around.
Look at Rio's faults. The first he stopped to complained in a as a matter of fact fachsion. There is a ref in the game too, and nothing stops until he said so not u RIO!!!!!! The second giveway was when he thoght I should not kick the ball.
So when Park is passing unselfishly, the goals kept coming. That is exactly what Ronaldo should learn as well as Rooney.
However Rooney knew what team spirit was all about better than other forwards proven by the reaction after he scored simply lookig at how he looked for Park to celebrate with. With more team spirit I am sure Manu will go back to the position where they should belong!!! (Chelsea players show they have plenty of teamwork)
Its a team game, and ronaldo doesnt seem to realise this. Thats why Ji-Sung Park is twice the player ronaldo is, with half the trickery. He passes the ball, and has an end product.

was happy that park was given a chance to prove himself and didnt let anyone down. Good performance and if he can carry on this type of form (when given the chance) then we well and truly have the bargain of the season.
P.S his talents shouldnt be wasted in the crappy 4-3-3 formation,

Ji-Sung Park seems to have a more creativity edge to his game than Ronaldo if anyone else will agree with me. With the 4-4-1-1 (damn its all getting confusing these formations) we played on saturday, with Giggsy in the team, Park was outstanding and more of a threat. The more games he gets under his belt the better he will become if only he can just add a little bit of finesse to his finishing.
박지성은 외각에서 로날도보다 더 창조적인걸로 보여. 4-4-1-1에서 그와 긱스는 정말 위협적이었지. 그가 지금보다 조금 더 낳은 마무리를 갖추어 지기만한다면 더 많은 게임이 그의 벨트아래에 있을거다.

i agree. though ronaldo is a talent he is still young and has alot to learn, such as knowing when to pass and when to go on a mazy run then shot. with park he seems to pass when he knows something is on while ronaldo seems to hog the ball too much when a simple pass could be the best solution (seen a number of times against liverpool away where we had 3 against 2 at times).

I know what you are saying but Park does get rid of the ball quicker and that hurts defences more than Ronaldo's penchant (SOMETIMES) to mess about and give the defence time to regroup. Both players are superb in their own way but Park is more direct.

I think Ronaldo has all the talent in the world. I think Park, though, is a very effective player. I would play Giggs and Ronaldo on the left and right flanks respectively, with Fletcher and Park, replacing Scholes, in the middle of the field.

If anyone had watched Park at PSV and for Korea before Utd then they would have known what a good little player he is, what a great signing he was at a bargain price of ? million and how he had every chance of being a success at Utd.
