Why this song is so good:

Main theme (at 1:48) : I-IV6-V6-V4/2->IV6-iv6-V(6/4)-­V6/V-IV-iio6-vi-vii4/2->V(6/4)­6/4 and so on

(Yeah - that last chord is weird. It's technically a V6/4, since the chord before it is an applied Leading Tone 7th of V in its 3rd inversion, but it's in the "2nd inversion," thus sounding like a I6. But because of the ascent that comes right after, I think it's more of a passing chord, and thus a desception of sorts <-- dunno, haven't taken beyond Theory I yet Xp)
