A. We shall have hands on examination on the following:
1. Sponge Roll Cake.
2. Chiffon Cake
3. Butter Cake
•Hands-on exam will be done by groups of 6 students.
•You will be graded by groups so make sure that your groupmates work well during the final laboratory test.
B. Please come early on Friday so we can finish on time.
