Over in the wonderful world of Legaland, Jan Animations tossed this tweet out with a bit of a status update on his current takeodown predicament:

So far, permission has been given to keep a few videos online. Not a total loss. 

 From looking at the actual channel, it seems like the Don't Mine at Night animatic as well as the Bronycon documentary bit were both allowed in the end.  Hopefully this is a sign of more good things to come.  I know we all want Button Mash, Picture Perfect Pony, and the others to return.  That's like pony history right there!
