결제는 실패하고 통장에서 돈만 빠져나갔길래 주위분들의 도움을 받아서 문의를 보냈더니

Your purchase attempt for Gems failed previously and you were not charged for that failed transactions. However, your card issuer might be holding the funds from that failed transaction in a pending status for the next few days. You would need to contact your card issuer to see when the pending period they have set will expire. Once that pending period has expired, the funds should be returned to your account.
