1. Full thickness tear in middle insertion portion of left supraspinatus tendon. : Underlying tendinosis, SA_SD bursitis and subacromial bony spur. 2. Cortical Irregularity(erosion) in greater tuberosity of left humerus with adjacent marrow edema, probable enthesopathy. 3. Edematous change in inferior capsule, probable adhesive capsulitis. 4. Degenerative small subcortical cysts in posterior humeral head.
