유학온지 어언 2년.. 근데 아직도 학교에서 내주는 과제를 해석하기가 힘드네요 ㅠㅠ

 

1) Students will do a market survey of a particular location and determine the feasibility of starting/opening a restaurant there.
2) Select the type of operation from the following categories: Fine-Dining Moderate Dining Casual Dining (All operations must feature a sit-down area that utilizes a written menu)
3) Determine the exact location of your establishment. It does not have to be vacant but it must be a real location and on this island.
4) Mark this location on a map and draw a circle representing a 10-minute driving travel-time radius.
5) You should visit your site and note the following: Using all the resources that are available, determine the demographics of your market. Statistical information should be accessed via the web or library and must be submitted together with the written report. Locate and mark all known competitive establishments. (same category)
6) Determine the name of your establishment.
7) Write a narrative on your restaurant, its concept, what market you are targeting and the competition that you will be facing. Why will your restaurant succeed at this location?
