Law:  If any dispute arises between ‘The Supplier’ and ‘The Representative’ in connection with this contract it shall be referred to international arbitration in accordance with and subject to the provision of the relevant Arbitration Act for a final and binding decision of a single Arbitrator agreed between the parties.
