(1)Appearance inspection shall be executed not only at dispatch (loading and transshipment), but also at delivery to TOYOBO in the presence of transportation vehicle driver. If by any chance, defective products such as damaged container or label mistakes etc. are detected at delivery, the transportation vehicle driver will take back the product as it stands. If necessary the replacement should be promptly delivered. The product would be stored temporarily in the receiving check warehouse of the delivery destination, and would be taken bake by separating mail later in the case that it is not possible to take it back by circumstances.
(2)Documentary notification shall be submitted to TOYOBO concerning the cause investigation and measures for relapse prevention, when it is acknowledged that the defection occurred before delivery however, the defective product is detected later instead of at delivery that instant.
(3)On the purpose to verify the demand adaptability on quality and the quality assurance system whole concerned, inspection will be requested by TOYOBO or subcontractor. On this occasion, positive cooperation shall be given and inspection without contradiction to confidence contract shall be permitted.

6. Standard delivery date → Shipment place and usual status of stock shall be described clearly.
7. Submitting of test record
As a rule, test record shall be appended to the product at each delivery, and acceptable product will be surely delivered. Sheller OO shall promptly notify to the procurement department or factory procurement group, and shall in timely send the test record by mailing or fax to the factory procurement group at the delivery destination by the due data in the case that it is not possible to append the test record unavoidably.
