Kids are usually thought to be beautiful and naive, and mostly it is true. But if we look through history there indeed had been a few young devils in human form. The most famous case being that of Mary Flora Bell, who is the youngest psychopath killer ever, and other cases of young children who indifferently committed serious crimes... Appropriate measures must be taken.
