If you’re like me, you don’t give up easily. Making a constant effort is one of my personal values. Some other things I value include patience, and taking risk. Today I’m going to share my personal motto and explain its meaning. Then I’ll go on to talk about some past experience that relate to my motto. Finally, I’ll tell you how my motto helps me in life.
My motto is “No sweat, No sweet.” In other words, If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. This means that Nothing can be obtained without effort and don’t give up easily.
I try to live my life by this motto as much as possible. For instance, a few years ago, I tried to learn to bike. At first, I lost my balance and tumbled over. I wanted to give up learning to bike. But I didn’t give up and I spent a lot of my time learning to bike. I kept trying and finally learned to ride a bike. It took me about a week to learn. However, It really made my day.
Recently I got a low grade on the test. So, I studied hard on high grade. And I got good grade on the test. When I received good grade, I felt a sense of achievement.
My motto makes me don’t give up no matter how difficult it is. It also reminds me that I don’t give up just because I can’t produce results as quickly as the others. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. Also When you constantly strive for your goal, you will get what you want. Thank you.
