Should you voluntarily terminate

continuous full-time employment with the Company prior to twelve months of continuous, fulltime

employment without the express written consent of the Company’s General Manager, you

will be obligated to repay the Company 100% of the Relocation Assistance paid to you. By

signing this Agreement, the Employee authorizes the Employer to deduct from any outstanding

payment owed to the Employee by the Employer any monies owed by the Employee to the

Employer at the time of the Employee’s dismissal or resignation.
