Son eyes meeting with Koo and Park

Things haven’t been going your way lately; a 4-0 loss to PSG in the Champions League has been sandwiched by back-to-back Bundesliga defeats. What makes you optimistic that you can get back on track soon?

최근에 일이 잘 풀리지 않고있다, 챔스 리그에서 파리생제르망에 4:0으로 지고 분데스리가에서도 줄 곧 졌다,  이러한대 무엇이 다시 궤도에 올라탈 것이라는데 긍정적이게 하는가?

Son: “The fact that we have a good team. Of course it’s a difficult phase for us, but on the other hand, you can take still take positives from a negative run. The management, the team and the coaching staff are all sticking together and the fans are behind us. I’m confident that we can come out of this situation stronger.”
손흥민: 사실은 우리는 좋은 팀이라는 것이다, 물론 지금은 어려운 단계이다, 하지만 다른 한편으론, 부정적인 상황에서 긍정적일 수 있다.경영진, 팀, 코칭스테프는 모두 단결해있다, 그리고 팬이 우리 뒤에 있다, 난 우리가 이 상황에서 빠져나온다는 것에 대해서 긍정적이다 

You moved from Hamburg to Leverkusen in the summer. You’ve scored eight goals in 19 league appearances but you’ve only played the full 90 minutes twice. Are you happy with your performances for Bayer 04 so far? Where can you improve?
너님은 지난 여름에 함북에서 레버쿠젠으로 이적했다, 19리그 경기에서 8골을 넣는 모습을 보였다, 하지만 풀타임으로 뛴 경기는 두번밖에 없다, 너님은 너님의 지금까지의 성과에 대해서 만족하는가? 어느면이 진보했는가?

Son: “My goal record has been alright so far but obviously there are some areas I need to improve in. I’m a young player and I gather more experience every week. It wouldn’t be normal if there was nothing to find fault with in my game. I work with the team and the coaching staff every day so that I can continue my development.”
내 골 기록에 만족한다 하지만 내가 어떤 부분을 향상시켜야하는 것은 분명히 존재한다, 난 젊다 그리고 매주마다 경험을 쌓고있다, 결코 평범하지 않을꺼라고 생각한다 만약 내 경기에서 부족한 점을 찾지 못한다면, 매일 팀과 코칭스테프와 일하면서 내 개발을 계속 이어나갈 수 있다고 생각한다.

How well do you know Mainz’s South Koreans Ja-Cheol Koo and Joo-Ho Park?
마인츠의 한국인 구자철과 박주호에 대해서 얼마나 잘 아는가?

Son: “We know each other well and we’re regularly in touch. I’m looking forward to facing them on Saturday.”
우린 서로 잘안다 그리고 정기적으로 연락을 주고받는다, 다음 토요일에 있을 경기를 기대한다 

What have you made of Mainz 05 this season?
마인츠의 현시즌에 대해서 어떻게 생각하는가? (의역)

Son: “Mainz are having a great season. Not everyone expected them to be as well positioned at this stage of the season, but they deserve to be there. Mainz are difficult to play; they vary their tactics.”
마인츠는 이번에 좋은 시즌을 보내고 있다, 모든 사람이 마인츠가 이번 시즌에 잘할지 몰랐다, 하지만 그럴 자격이 있다, 마인츠는  전술이 다양하기 때문에 플레이 하기 까다로울 것이다.

What do you expect from Saturday’s game?
다음주 토요일 게임이 어떻게 될 것이라고 생각하는가?

Son: “I expect a hard-fought and very close match. We will have to do a lot of running, although that’s not the only department that Mainz will demand everything of us in.”다음 게임에서 힘든 싸움이 될꺼라고 생각한다, 우린 매우 많이 뛸것이다, 하지만  (이하 의역) 마인츠가 우리들이 요구한것을 들어 줄꺼라고생각하지 않는다.
