노트 2 공장 초기화가 안돼요 ㅜㅠ

어제 부터 갑자기 하루종일 갤러시 로고에서 멈춰서

아무리 버튼을 눌러도 아무 반응이 없더라구요

그래서 오늘 여기저기 검색을 해서 공장 초기화하는 법을 찾아서 시도 했는데..

초기화 옵션화면까지는 들어가지는데..

그 다음 부터는 전부다 실패에요.

오류 메세지가 대충 이래요.

어떻게 하면 공장 초기화를 하고 리부팅을 할 수 있을까요?
