제가 어제 주문 독촉으로 라챗을 했는데

단순히 몇마디 했는데 ups 배송으로 업글되서 추가 요금이 나갔더군요...

그래서 부랴부랴 라챗으로 다시 취소 요청을 했고 환불했다는 표시가 뜨더군요..

근데 배송 상태를 보니 ups로 싣어서 이미 출발했던데 이런경우 받아도 되는건가요?

 

어차피 배대지 배송이라 받아도 큰 메리트는 없거든요;

라챗에 물어보니 걱정마라 이런식 같은데.. 흠

이런거에는 아마존이 상당히 관대하다는것을 알고 있어서.. 별 걱정은 안되지만서도요;
