'We use present perfect with today,this morning,this year etc when these periods are not finished at the time of speaking'

present perfect continuous는 'We use the present perfect continuous for an activity that has recently stopped or just stopped.'로 되어있습니다.

의미는 제대로는 무엇인지 모르겠지만 대충 이해했습니다.

그런데 이 둘을 비교하는 부분에는 (present perfect continuous에는 여자가 페인트칠을 하고 있고, present perfect는 페인트칠을 끝냈습니다.) 

present perfect continuous : 'it does not matter whether something has been finished or not. the activity has not finished'

present perfect : '/'has painted/' is a completed action.' 이라고 설명이 되어있네요.

두 설명의 의미를 제대로 모르겠어서 다음 내용 이해에 차질이 생기네요. 자세히 설명하고 어떻게 구별하며 언제 쓰는지 알려주실 수 있나요?
