Some ordinary Koreans may clearly pronounce "-tl-" sound like "-틀ㄹ-".

ex) frequently(프리퀀틀리), recently(리슨틀리), perfectly(펄펙틀리), exactly(이그젝틀리) ...

Actually, native English speakers almost don't pronounce t sound in "-tl-". Thus, try to practice it like
