일단 지역별로 보면 역시나 온타리오가 최고입니다. 100개 중에 53개가 몰려 있으니, 50%가 넘네요... 특히나 토론토에만 26개가 몰려있네요. 

역시나 말은 제주로, 사람은 서울로, 걸그룹 덕질은 러블리즈로... 라는 말이 여기서도 통용되는군요.

이 밖에 BC가 11, Quebec이 10, Alberta/Manitoba/SK 3형제가 20, NB/NL/NS 성도 똑같은 3형제가 5, 그리고 감자로 유명한 Yukon이 외롭게 1개 회사가 올라있네요.

대충 이름을 살펴보면... 5대 메이저 은행 중에서 TD, RBC, CIBC에 캐나다 중앙은행까지 올라가 있는 걸 보니 은행권이 일하기 좋은 것 같고...

Shaw, Telus, Rogers, Bell 등의 인터넷/셀폰 Provider도 고객들에게 돈 쪽쪽 뽑아서 지네들 직원 좋게좋게 일하는 데 보태고 있네요.

IT 쪽 회사를 보자면... HP, Verafin, Digital Extremes, Salesforce, Cisco, SAP, Ubisoft, OpenText, Nuance, ISM 등이 있는데, 몇몇 회사는 존재도 몰랐던 회사들이네요.

그 밖에 제 기준으로 많이 알려진 회사들을 보자면...

Shell 주유소, Mars 초콜렛 회사, Loblaw 슈퍼마켓, Toyota 자동차, 3M 포스트잇, IMAX 영화관, World Vision, GE 냉장고, Pepsi 콜라, Ford 자동차, Air Canada 비행기, 토론토.워터루 대학, 그리고 삼성 등이 있네요. 

엥? 삼성? 재용아... 니가 왜 거기서 나와?

이것들은 지네 나라의 노동자들은 개돼지 취급하면서 여기서는 성인군자인 척 하나? 

어이가 없어서 어떻게 뽑혔는 지 한번 선정사유를 보았습니다.

선정이유를 요약하자면... 얘네 사무실이 너무나 좋고, 여권신장에 기여했고, 발랜티어를 통해 커뮤니티에 기여했다는 점인 것 같은데... 웬지 내가 알고 있는 삼성과는 동떨어진 이야기 같아서 갸웃거리게 되네요.

자... 다음으로는 샐러리와 휴가 등의 베네핏 기준으로 다시 리스트를 정렬해 보았습니다.

헉... 역시나 좋은 회사들이라서 그런지 초봉도 꽤 높습니다. 초봉이 7만에서 7만 5천이라니... 갑자기 난 지금까지 무슨 회사를 다녔나 자괴감이 듭니다.

대충 보니 IT 나 Manufacturing 회사들의 초봉이 많이 높네요. 확실히 캐나다에서는 기술이 먹혀주는 나라인 것 같습니다.

휴가들도 입이 헤~~ 벌어질 정도로 좋은 회사들이 많네요. 평균적으로는 3주 휴가가 제일 많은 것 같고 여기에 3~5 일의 개인용무의 Day off까지... 약 1달의 휴가가 제일 보편적이네요.

어떤 회사들은 휴가와는 별도로 여름에 따로 쉬는 날도 있고, 크리스마스부터 신년까지 아예 회사 문을 닫는 곳도 있고... 캬... 부럽네요. 역시나 Top 100 할 만하네요.

리스트를 쭉 보니 눈이 번쩍 뜨일 조건도 하나 있습니다. 휴가가 no-limit입니다. 아니... 이게 말이 되는 조건인감?

신입으로 들어가서 하루 일하고, '저 내일부터 은퇴때까지 휴가 좀 쓰겠습니다.' 이렇게 해도 된다 말인감? 허... 신기할 노릇이고... 

우리나라에서는 아마 야근, 특근 no-limit 의 조건일 텐데요... 

그래서 한번 그 회사 선정기준을 들어가 보았습니다.
