십이지장이랑 위 생검한거 검사 결과 좀 해석 부탁드릴 수 있을까요

제가 봤을 때는 십이지장, 위 만성염증이랑 혹, 헬리코박터 파이로리 감염, 요런 정도인거 같은데

3박 4일 수술한다고 하더라고요. 그냥 혹 때는 복강경 수술인지 ㅠㅠ..

위암인건지 ㅠㅠ...
