It is very important you check the altered flight details carefully.  New Itinerary Option that can be Requested:  IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE RETURN DATE AIRLINE PENALTY WILL BE APPLIED.  

In order to confirm the above flights please contact us on an urgent basis. Please call our schedule change desk at 888-728-1669 Mon thru Sat from 7:00 am until Midnight.

 Please provide your booking number to the associate. 
 If the airline still has the proposed flights available, we will confirm the space, issue a new ticket with the new flights and send you an updated confirmation. 

If the proposed flights are no longer available, we will have one of our schedule change associates review alternate options. 

If the proposed flights are NOT acceptable to you, you reservation can be discussed with one of our specialists.  

If you cannot call us, please FORWARD this email to [email protected] with "I accept this schedule change” in the subject line, authorizing us to make the above change with the airlines. 

If these alternate flights are NOT acceptable to you, please forward this email to [email protected] and change the subject line to “I DO NOT accept this schedule change”. 

Please include in the email the “best time to contact you” along with a phone number (home or cell) where you prefer to be contacted. 

 Additionally, if you do not contact us, then we will not be able to re-issue the e-tickets which might lead to cancellation of the booking by the airline.
