c. Newly assigned KATUSA Soldiers will not undergo an initiation process in their units by senior KATUSA Soldiers. Initiation activities are forbidden because it dilutes the chain of command by which senior KATUSA Soldiers exercise greater authority than granted.

내용은 당연한 말입니다만, 잘 안 지켜지니 특별히 언급을 한 거겠죠?같은 역할을 하는 문서의 2009년판에는 더 강한 어조로 적혀있었습니다.

(2) Newly assigned KATUSA Soldiers will not undergo an initiation process in their units by senior KATUSA Soldiers. Initiation activities breakdown the chain of command and place senior KATUSA Soldiers in a higher position of authority than U.S. NCOs.

2009년판은 그 유명한 "한국인들은 밀폐된 방 안에서 선풍기를 틀고 자면 죽는다고 믿으니 방에 문을 닫은채 선풍기를 틀지 말고 배려해 줘라" 라는 내용이 수록된 버전이죠(...) 이 내용은 이후 버전에서 삭제된 것으로 보입니다.
