All lateral appointments to the Royal Australian Navy are governed by the Defence Act 1903, the Defence (Personnel) Regulations 2002 and the Labour Agreement. Under this framework, lateral entrants must undertake security, immigration and medical entry checks. The Government- to -Government arrangements between Hungary and Australia do not allow the Defence Security Agency to conduct the background check required to grant a suitable security clearance, so we are unable to proceed any further with your application.
