영어 레포트로 본문 해석하는게 있는데 자꾸 막히는 문단이 있어서

Medicine can help, but there are other ways to fight them.

The doctor asks the patient to remember his daily activities.

Changing what the patient eats or exercising more might stop the headaches.

If the person is having stress headaches, maybe he can make changes in his schedule to
stop the headaches.
