남양유업 피해대리점 협의회 이창섭회장이 16일째 남양유업
 
사태 해결을 촉구하며 단식에 들어간 가운데, 남양유업
 
측이 용역들을 동원해 물청소를 핑계로 단식하는 이 회장을
 
상대로 물을 쏘는 등 여전히 甲의 횡포를 지속하고 있다는
 
 
주장이 제기돼 논란이 예상된다.
 
 
4일 민주당 乙지로 위원회와 피해자협의회 등 주최로 국회
 
정론관에서 열린 기자회견에서 한 참석자는 "남양유업 피해자
 
대리점협의회 이창섭회장은 여전히 단식중"이라고 전하며 "
 
 
 
남양유업 측이 어제 민주당 의원들 앞에서는 상생과 협상을
 
이야기했지만, 돌아가자 마자 이 회장과 피해 대리점측에
 
공정위에 과징금을 내고 말겠다'고 말하고 이런식으로
 
대응하는 등 여전히 반성하지 않고 있다"고 주장했다.
 
 
 
한편, 검찰은 남양유업의 부당 밀어내기 의혹에 대해 김웅
 
남양유업 대표와 홍원식 회장을 각각 피의자 신분으로 불러
 
조사했다.
