위 내용처럼 메일이 왔는데 오리진 계정을 영구 정지한다는 뜻이 맞나요?

얼마전에 카드 정보가 누출됐는지 오리진에서 피파15가 결제됐다는 문자를 받아서 바로 환불신청을 했는데;;

저런 메일이 와버렸네요;;;;

이거 항의 하려면 뭐라고 메일을 보내야 하나요?;;
