제가 아마존에서 직구를했는데 취소를하려다가 바로 배송중으로 바뀌어서 취소를못했거든요.

그래서 라이브챗으로 취소할수있냐고 물었는데 안된다고해서 그냥 알았다고하고 받겠다고했습니다.

근데 오늘보니깐 저런메일이 와있네요.
대충해석해보니 페덱스에연락해서 전액환불?? 이 될수있다고 하는거같은데

May 31, 2016, please let us know 이부분에서 취소를원하거나 아니면 아니여도 메일을 보내달라고하는거같은데 맞나요??..

제해석이 맞는건가요?
저는그냥 이제 상품을 받고싶은데 어떻게 메일을 보내야할까요??
