한국에서의 캐디라는 직업은 스포츠 관련 직업이긴 하지만 사실 서비스직에 더 가깝다.

골프장에 온 고객들과 마주하는 시간이 가장 긴 사람이 캐디이기 때문에, 

캐디는 골프장의 얼굴로서 상당한 서비스를 요구한다.

매일 응대하는 팀이 바뀌는데, 보통 한 팀당 4명이다.

4~5시간 동안 4명의 골퍼들을 정확하게 서브하고, 팀 내 분위기가 쳐지지 않게 즐거운 분위기를 이끌어가는 것 또한 캐디의 책임이다.

그리고 캐디는 골프 규칙뿐만 아니라, 골프장 내의 모든 시설들과 잡다한 정보, 심지어 주변 식당이나 지리까지 설명할 수 있어야 한다.

나는 고객의 성향을 빠르게 파악해 그들이 원하는 것을 미리 알아차리고 서브할 수 있다.

Caddy has to serve four golfers precisely and responsible for lead the team with good feeling for 4 to 5 hours.

And Caddy must be able to explain not only the rules of golf, but also all the facilities and miscellaneous information of the company, even the surrounding restaurants and geography.
